Pricing
How the model works
Per seat. You pay for people who can sign in and be scheduled. Not per schedule, not per shift, not per site.
Pooled across a group. A group with several sites has one billing relationship and one pool of seats, with a single billing owner. Someone working at two sites is one seat, not two.
A trial first. A trial with a seat limit and a fixed length, without a card to begin.
What varies between plans
Rather than tiers with names, the plan controls a small number of axes:
| Axis | What it limits |
|---|---|
| Seats | How many people can sign in and be scheduled |
| AI features | Natural-language rule entry and the guided setup assistant |
| Reports | Workload, equity and coverage reporting |
| Credentialing | Tracking qualifications and expiry dates against staff |
| Open request periods | How many request windows can be open at once |
A limit reached in use is reported with the actual numbers — how many seats the operation would take you to, and what the current plan allows — rather than as a bare refusal.
Why this page has no numbers
Because the numbers are not in the software. Plans and prices are data, editable per deployment, which means any figure printed here could differ from what you are quoted — and a pricing page that disagrees with the invoice is worse than one that sends you to ask.
Ask us for current pricing. You will get a number rather than a call.
What is not charged for
Setup. There is nothing to install and no implementation engagement. The work of configuring a department is writing down its rules, and this guide covers what that involves.
Staff accounts beyond seats. A person is a seat whether they are an administrator, a scheduler or scheduled. There is no premium for an admin.
Support. Included.
Where things stand
The software is built and running; it is not yet generally available. If your department's schedule sounds like the ones described on this site, get in touch and we will tell you honestly where we are and whether it fits.
Common questions
How is a seat counted?
A seat is a person who can sign in and be scheduled at a site. Someone who works at two sites in the same group is one person and is counted once, because billing is pooled at the group rather than charged per site.
Is there a trial?
Yes — a trial with a seat limit and a fixed length, no card required to start. The limits are set per deployment rather than fixed in the software, so ask us for the current terms.
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because they would be wrong. Plans and prices are configuration rather than code, so a published figure here could disagree with what you are actually quoted. Ask us and you get the current number.
